All shipments are subject
to product availability. We usually ship orders
via UPS within 24 hours if order by 2PM Central time, weekdays, Monday through Friday. We will
notify you via email when your order has been
shipped. Occasionally a product is not available
for immediate shipping. In this case, we will
notify you by email, or by phone if you provide a
contact number during checkout. Sorry, we can only ship in
the continental United States, that includes Alaska and
Hawaii.
When looking at a
specific product's details, you will see one of several
messages describing the products availability.
Because of the nature of the internet and the items we
offer, the availability listed on this site may not be
100% accurate. Once again, if there is a problem
shipping the order to you as you are informed by this
site, we will do everything we can to contact you for
further instruction.
Here is a detailed
description of the availability messages you may
encounter:
"Usually ships within 24 hours, but item is marked as low inventory..." - The item you are viewing is currently available
for immediate shipment. However, the item is low
on inventory and may become unavailable before you
finish your checkout. Also, this item may not be
available in multiples. This means if you order
more than one, one may ship immediately, and the others
may ship at a later time.
"Usually ships within 24 hours if ordered before 2PM Central..." - The item you are viewing is currently available for
immediate shipment if ordered before 2PM central time,
Monday through Friday. If the item is order after
2PM central time or on Saturday or Sunday, the order
will be shipped the next business day.
"Usually ships within 7 to 10 business days..." - The item you are viewing is on order and is
expected to be available within 10 business days.
The product may become available sooner and therefore be
shipped sooner, but should not be any later than 10
business days.
"Low
Stock. Call/Email for availability..." - The item you are viewing is low on inventory
and may not be re-orderable. If a
request for the item can not be filled,
you will be contacted for further instructions.
At that time, you will need to instruct
us to either cancel the order, or replace
the item requested with a comparable item.
If
for any reason we cannot deliver product in the
indicated time slot shown on your order we will
contact you with updated information.
